Arts crafts dolphin makers mark?

Hi,
I have acquired a small chalice or cup. Its not assayed but is, I am pretty sure, British arts and crafts c 1900-30. Very much like an Artificers Guild piece or many of its equivalent Schools/Guilds of the period. As is quite common, it is not assayed. However, very uncommonly, it has what I am sure is a makers mark of a dolphin or fish. That perhaps suggests it is American arts and crafts but I don’t think so. All thoughts welcome - I would love to identify the maker. Thank you. Anthony
