Eardley Norton London Calendar Pocket Watch Identification

Greetings from Vermont. Is it possible to date this watch from the hallmarks on the case? Thanks for your help!
Strictly speaking it is only possible to date the case. This appears to have a London hallmark with (most likely) the date letter "u" for 1795/96. I have not been able to identify the case maker.
