Birmingham, I think 1895

Good evening all. I have a large silver hairbrush and I think the hallmarks are for birmingham 1895, however, not 100% sure as in the books, it shows that 1896-6 isn't closed at the top; what does everyone think. Appreciated as always.

Yes, that's definitely 1895/96. Often confused with the "b" for 1876/77, but the differences are obvious when compared side-by-side.
