I have a pair of earrings that have a few stamped marks on them. So far the best I've been able to conclude about them is that the 800 stamp indicates is silver purity/ the other marks are a star .. then another stamp that can't make out between the star and the two letters.> ; the last are two letters which I believe are SR.
There is another couple of markings that I haven't been able to get a really clear photo of; the one seems to look like Caro/ Cora/Coro or something similar stamped on the back edge of one of the earrings. ./ if the last two letters are SR; then would this set be from SIRACUSA Italy? Any information about these will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
