John Aldwinckle & Thomas Slater London 1892 Figural Serving Spoon
Not that old of a spoon but I posted this because I was hoping someone might be able to confirm a theory. I believe this was part of a set of 4 serving pieces with each depicting a different female representing one of the 4 seasons. This is just a theory but I figured it couldn't hurt to see if anyone knows more about it. I also was wondering if anyone knows if they participated in the Chicago Colombian Exposition of 1893. I doubt it but again just being curious.
