Continental Silver Walking Cane - Please help with hallmarks

Dear All,

I am trying to identify the origin and maker of a walking stick. The handle appears to have two marks, one is 800 and the other appears to be Psomething in an oval. I did wonder if it is Belgian or German maybe and would be grateful for your thoughts. It looks to be decorated with leaves and moons / shields / circles in addition to lines.

I hope I have posted this correctly.

Hi -

Piotr Latkowski worked for many Polish and Baltic firms (cutlery, napkinrings, walking sticks, canes etc.) who marked this articles in their countries acc. to the laws. So you have his mark and the mark of the client on it.
