Naturally I know the quality of the silvers but I do not know the other marks.

On top:The Weevil hallmark in a rectangle:
French hallmark used between 1893 and 1984 for imported silver articles with a minimum fineness of at least .800.
Winged lion of St Mark the Evangelist must be generic Venice mark.Unfortunately,the maker is unknown to me.
