Solid Silver Russian Spoon

This is a solid silver spoon (8.5") marked with "84" and a head facing left with "AC" to the right of the head. From what I have read on this site, it is Russian, solid silver, and 84/96 pure silver (.875). There is a maker's mark, but I'm not sure how to read it.

Am I correct in what I have stated above? Also, maker and age would be interesting to know.

Thanks.

Hi,
You are correct about 84 standard.
AC stands for the assayer Aleksandr Snarsky (in Kostroma 1900 - 1910 and Ekaterinburg 1899).
More likely the maker is from Kostroma region.
