I would like to ask you about maker of this spoon. I was looking in the russian makers hallmarks list but didnt find any match.

The city could be Moscow, but I am not sure even about it. Makers mark is in Cyrillic - AиФO.

This is really Moscow. АиФО = Алексей и Фёдор Овчинниковы (Alexey and Fyodor Ovchinnikov). Alexey was younger brother of the famous Supplier of the Russian Imperial Court - Pavel Ovchinnikov, Fyodor was Alexey's son.
