these silversmiths marks are from Lyon, big city in France

ACS a bee : Armand-Caillat Thomas Joseph a well known silversmith
it have been stamped in 1854 and (the same) again in 1901 by his son

DA monstrance :
Désir and Arquiche , working from 1844/60 with 2 differents marks
Yours has been registraded from 1851 to 1860

FF radiant sun ;
Favier Frères (Jean-Marie François Henri + André Michel) a well known silversmiths
the factory is active from 1824/1976 with a mark FF with different successive shapes
stamped in 1825C., 1830C. 1927 , and strike out in 1976

the head of the man with wing on his hair (first stamp) (called Mercure) is a special stamp for manufactures for export
from 1879 til 1973

from "Les orfèvres de Lyon de 1798 à 1950"
