Could you help me please to identify the maker of this Danish spoon?

I would say its german and marked with the 2 danish marks after import.
The lion inside the (possible) C with an M on top - is fahr from typpical danish.
So import and sold as a silver spoon with silver marks - thats my guess.

Assayer's mark: Christian F. Heise, 1904-1932
Imported and assayed in Denmark 1924.

How to distinguish Danish mark from Danish import?
