Austro-Hungarian (?) town mark: 1803 K

Any idea? It looks Austro-Hungarian, but I have not seen it before.

Hi,
Most likely Ljubljana Slovenia (Laibach)
There is a controversy here:the mark of 1806 had letter L (probably for Laibach) then in 1807 letter K was assigned to Ljubljana (letter L was for Trieste,Italy).
Shield with eagle, letter L below, 13 above and date 1806 (eagle in the mark perfectly matching yours).

I have only one Laibach piece,it was posted here but images are lost now.Will take another photo of the maker`s mark.

This is another Laibach mark,not the same maker,though.Looks like JH or JK.
Late XVIII century.
