Scent bottle

Hi there,
I've been trying to identify the maker of this scent bottle.Length of the bottle is 5,3cm , total length is 12,5 cm.
Presuming it is authentic,
I've come up with the following;
- Small kokoshnik, essayer Yakov Nikolayevich Lyapunov, St. Petersburg, 1898-1903
-Maker : Alexander Karlovich Dalman, 1880-1905
Is this attribution correct?
And does it fit with the quality of the item?
It is only marked on the roundel with the hook en underneath the bottle. Is it normal that the stopper is unmarked, from the little I know, all individual parts need to be marked, or is this an exeption because by stamping it the inner thread would be deformed?
Thanks in advance!
