Having some difficulty identifying the makers mark on that spoon, it's either H*T* (latin h) or cyrillic N.T. (Н*Т*).

The maker is Николай Гурьянов (Nikolai Guryanov). Initials in the mark are НТГ (stars between,the last letter obscured in your mark).Moscow.
