It is marked for James Deakin & Sons and the "EP" stands for electroplated.
James Deakin & Sons produced both silver as well as silverplated pieces and it appears they were in business under that name from the late 1800s up to around the mid-1900s https://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_D.html.
