I’ve scoured the web, this website, and the forums and am having trouble identifying this fish service. It was acquired in Germany and the handles are ivory. The first hallmark is very hard to decipher. The second appears to be “T” in an old script. The third looks to be “& Co.” The fourth is a crown and the fifth appears to be an eagle in a shield. I appreciate any help.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

In fact this is English electroplate. The manufacturer's mark is AT&Co for Ainsworth, Taylor & Co of Birmingham. They were active under this name from 1878 and these pieces must date from before about 1895 or so when the use of a crown on electroplate was banned.
