Believe it could be distorted Dutch pseudo marks, from left to right; pseudo year letter C (turned right), (overstruck) mark ?, next either CP conjoined or CL conjoined pseudo city of Groningen maker's mark, if CP conjoined fake maker's mark of Groningen silversmith Cornelis Papinck (1663-1671), if CL in monogram fake maker's mark of Groninger silversmith Lodewijck Coninck (1641-1665). Made around last quarter 19th century- turn 20th century.
