Teardrop pendant w/insets marking "900 JEF3SE"

Setting is stamped 900 (Mexican)? Inset with semi-precious and perhaps rosecut diamonds, at bottom is a teardrop freshwater pearl. Have pics but not good enough to show stamping. Any ideas?
