Silver Niello match striker advice on maker and hallmark please

This Match striker has a crescent moon and crown within a circle which I assume to be German - but haven't found the exact mark or any way of dating it. It has the Initials EFBEE which I assume to be the maker's mark but have not been able to find this through my searches. I have found similar designs of striker from around 1900 but not Niello. It is also in very fine condition so I was wondering if there were later versions of these.
