Can someone help identify this mark?

Could someone try to identify this mark? I really can't tell you anything about the ring it's stamped in other than it's sterling silver and probably pre-1960s. It is also stamped "STERLING." I really have no information on it otherwise, and I'm simply guessing it's American made. Any help would be appreciated.
