Look at this wonderfool silver earring. There is a very little hallmark on it. Can you help with identification?

Hello, it is Russian from 1970s, and this is not silver.

I see there so-called "P with ears", or "snowflake". it is the mark of Privolzhsk fabric "Krasnaya Presnya".
