Unknown family crest on skewer

Hello all! I have an Antique 1817-1818 Georgian Sterling Silver Meat Skewer By William Chawner London with a crest on the front of it. Was wondering if anyone might recognize it. Thanks!

Hello,
I believe this to be the crest and coronet for the Marquess of Winchester. Based on the date, possibly Charles Paulet, 13th Marquess of Winchester.
