Hello.
Can anyone help identify the town and the silversmit? I think it is Polish territory, maybe some provincial silversmith or Upper Silesia. The form is typical for cups from the territory of the Russian Empire, but ...

Thank you, but I meant confirmation supported by some literature. Of course I do not deny that it is Romania but I cannot find other information confirming it.
