Hi

I am looking help in identifying or confirming my research of the maker and assayer of a Russian cigarette case.
Hers is what I was able to identify from hallmarks list from the forum and would like to get confirmation on my research.

Maker Mark “HK” in Cyrillic is possible work HK corresponding to Nikolay Kemper, active in St. Petersburg
Assayer’s Mark “по” 1891 in Cyrillic corresponding to Lev Fridrikhovitch Oleks or in Cyrillic Лев Фридриховитч Олекс
Silver Standard Mark 84
Town Mark - unidentified but stamped

Attaching pictures of the hallmarks and the case.
I would appreciate any help or any additional information.

Thank you in advance.

@AG2012 thank you for helping identify makers mark. Do you know if assayer's mark is for Lev Fridrikhovitch Oleks or in Cyrillic Лев Фридриховитч Олекс

Town mark is obviously St George for Moscow.
The assayer Л.О. is Lev Oleks Fedorovich in Moscow. The year matches both the maker and the assayer.
Regards

A very nice cigarette case! Agree with AG2012. The assayer is Лев Федорович Олекс (Fyodorovich) 1889-1904 in Moscow and the maker the mentioned one.

It's wrong. Assayer's name is Lev Fridrikhovitch Oleks (Лев Фридрихович Олекс).

Thank you,I thought it was Lev Fridrikhovitch Oleks (Лев Фридрихович Олекс) based on the hallmarks list posted in the forum

@Ubaranda
Thank you, now the patronymic name is finally settled. The problem is that different sources mention different names. Postnikova states Fyodorovich, Ivanov Fridrikhovich etc. etc. No doubts anymore, it is Фридрихович, thanks again.
