Does anyone know who this maker is? London 2001. Any help would be much appreciated.

Your image is not showing. You seem to be trying to use a google image of some sort. This does not seem to work on the forum;
https://postimages.org is recommended as a photo host (click 'Share', then copy and paste the 'Hotlink for forums' code to embed your images).

I have seen this mark before but have not identified it. Unfortunately the Assay Offices do not publish information about sponsors' marks so we have no way of making the identification.
