Hi everyone,

I am trying to identify this hallmark on this cute little letter opener. As far as I know, Greece does not have a standard national hallmarking system. Although, "Greece" and the letter Psi (Ψ) suggest to me some sort of Greek origin. Can anyone shed some light on these marks? Thanks a lot.
