Can you tell me where the marks are from?

It appears to be Groningen. At the moment no access to my library. Get back to it later today.

Indeed town mark Groningen, including year letter (
6 = sixth year letter series)
L for 1735-1736. Maker's mark and town mark/year letter struck once for silver 2nd standard (Kleine keur). For Groninger silver 1st standard (Grote keur) maker's mark twice and town mark/year letter struck twice. Maker's mark BB in rectangle for; Bernardus Blencke registered in Groningen 1713-1747 (Died). His maker's mark BB also seen in oval.

Adding the number for the letter series is very useful. They should have done that everywhere!

These forks have one stamp, so I would consider them 2nd standard (835)?
Thank you for your help!
