Spoon, silver, can't decipher the brand

Hello
Help to determine exactly what is silver, and that it is made in Germany,
Couldn't find a match.
There is about the same, but not silver

Yes, not German but a Dutch tea spoon and made out of solid silver. Maker's mark
P Horse head R.

Horse head R for the city of Rhenen, Dutch lion above II, Dutch silver standard mark fineness 835/000, used 1953-present, Minerva head or assay office mark with the regional assay office letter
B in its helmet for assay office in city of Utrecht, year letter
N for
1973
