I recently purchased this cigarette case, but I do not know who made it, I think it could be either from Germany or Austria, but the usual marks are missing. Does anybody know who might have made it?

the maker is:

Simon Maier, Bijouterie- und Silberwarenfabrik, Pforzheim
ca 1900
