Trnava(?), Slovakia Spoons - Help Identifying the Mark

Hello All,
I saw these spoons in the marketplace. I do not have a very close photo of the hallmarks. But I think it still can be recognized as a wheel. Is it Trnava AUSTRIA-HUNGARY hallmarks? silver or plated? or Not. Thanks for your help!

Hi,
Tirnau Biedermeier period with Loth 13 number from Tardy.
Similar wheel was seen in
Goldingen, Kuldiga, Latvia, but also in several Geman towns (e.g.
Mainz).
Anyway, it is solid silver,at least 12 Loth.
