I guess this milk jug is from Austro-Hungary early 1800s but I don't sure. What means J.W.? Is it makers mark or town mark?
I would be grateful for any help.

VR Austria- Hungary Vorratstempel of this form was used since 1866 on old silver (vieaux ouvrages in Tardy).
