Unidentified Box

Hello all.
A very nice looking box, can anyone assist with the maker? IAF can be made out , may be another letter before this which may be a C or an S, my huess is it may be Austrian?? Hopefully if we can get a maker we can get a rough idea of date, my thoughts are early 20th century.
