Coffee spoon - real marks?

Please could you give me an advice about authenticity of these marks? Is it real import from Russia to Prague?

Hi,
Yes, 1806 Repunzierung was introduced as acknowledgement of receipt of paid taxes.
B is for Prague, spoons were brought from Moscow.

Just to add that the assay master is Aleksei Ivanov Vikhljajev (1781-1809). The silversmith is unknown to me.
