Could this be from Middle East?

Hello !
I have found an unusual spoon with a couple of hallmarks that I have not been able to identify; one of them looks like an Arabic character, but I am not sure...Can somebody tell me more about the origin and, possibly how old it could be?
Thank you !
Andrea
P.S. I have followed the instructions to load the images in the post, but the preview does not show the image at all. That is why I have placed the link only...Sorry!

Hi,

You need to embed your images singly.

Try https://postimages.org (choose 'Share', then copy the 'Hotlink for forums' code) it's much simpler.

Hi,
Looks lie Otttoman Empire before 1923.
See here in Turkey:

Pay attention to the mark on top rotated in my image, another mark should be Tughra, but it`s not clearly seen in your spoon.

Written on it in Arabic is a word that means true, perhaps this word was a propaganda symbol used by the factory to distinguish its manufactures
