If anyone can help me detemine the Maker's mark and the year of this ring.
Its a Pre- Soviet hallmarks but i think there is an extra hallmark here that confuse me.

I'll be happy to get an help on that.

ФБ in Moscow is unknown to me.
The ring was remarked after 1927 with 583 for 14 ct, weight less than 10 g.The mark starting with Д is badly damaged or deliberately erased (not uncommon in Soviet Russia).

you means that it was hallmarked that there IS a problem with the ring? Are you assuming that it was re-hallmarked in the soviet era?

- you means that it was made between 1927 - 1958?

3. I was wondering what is the small trigle on the far left in the 583 hallmark.

4. is it common that one hallmark out of 4 will be upside down?

``Small triangle`` is actually Hellenic letter delta, date code for Moscow.
The mark was used 1908-1926.
It was made before 1926 and remarked later with 583.
