I have got this mark on a fork. Anyone familiar with it?

Are you completely sure it's solid silver?
Have you tested it?
Can you post an image of the fork ?

Thank you Amena for your reply. It was described as so. But looking at the gold tone parts it might actually be silver plated.

:::: I found the face of a man in an oval on another fork in a large collection of antique silver forks and that fork also bears a [70] hallmark so I believe that means "70 grams of silver used in the silver-plating process" and therefore this is a silver-plate hallmark. :::::: It's the same face I am sure of it. ::::
