I’ve checked the forum and can’t seem to locate these markings. I assume they are silver plate, but can’t find anything. Possibly purchased in New York City in the late 20’s early 30’s. Any help appreciated. Thank you

EGW&S is E G Webster & Son (see https://www.925-1000.com/silverplate__Init_E.html and viewtopic.php?f=38&t=50426). These are not the easiest of initials to read.
