German 800 tea pot

Sorry to bug the forum again, but need your expertise again on a German 800 tea pot. I could make out the crescent moon and crown, and I think an 800 mark. It also says "Hanau," which I guess makes it a Hanau piece. The other two marks I could not find any info on, after searching through the entire list of post-1886 German marks in the database. The closest I could find are Wilhelm Weinranck and maybe Georg Rüttinger. Also, is the arrow-like mark on the far right a maker's mark or just an assay's mark?
The images are below. Thank you in advance!
