"Butterfly" mark on wine taster

Well, I've never seen these marks on this wine taster dish, and I cannot for the life of me figure out which country/region these marks hail from. I even looked up the German, French, and Dutch town marks, but still couldn't find any matches. The number 2 next to the "butterfly" also baffles me; the closest I could find was the Kingdom of Holland system, where a "2" would denote 833 silver. Any insight into this would be appreciated.
