Part of a little bag in silver 800

I think this is German before 1886 but i couldn't identify neither the mark in front of the 800 nor the JK behind. The mark in front of the 800 looks like the "Fußschale" of Koch & Bergfeld, Bremen but I do not think it is. Is anybody able to give information?
