Maker's mark
G.Z. for; Johannes Albertus Adolf Gerritsen, this particular mark registered in the cities of Amsterdam and Zeist 1906/?1908.

Thank you so much or the information! So based upon what I read, would the fineness would be at least .833? Do you think the bright cut pattern suggests mid to late 19th century?

Correct minimum fineness 833 or higher.
This particular maker's mark of J.A.A. Gerritsen was only used as of 1906 till around 1908. We can assume the spoon to be made around this time period.
