Hi, This is a mystery piece, looks like an arrow with pin work design, possibly a museum replica piece.
Sterling BAC and the Greek letters to the other side.

All I can add is that the initials 'EIM' would fit for the National Historical Museum of Athens (Εθνικό Ιστορικό Μουσείο).

Hopefully another member may be able to offer more information.
