Tried hard to read out what words on this cake serving tongs but yet accomplished. It marked English made, EPNS, maker's mark is hard to read or none reference to the name list on web. Please help to identify this mark, and what year it was made?

I read that as H.U. (B'HAM) Ltd.

If so, then surely it must be Hampton Utilities (B'ham) Ltd.
