Hi,
One of the marks is International convention mark (on the right).
Open this link and search for the mark used by member states (the mark on the left).
When you open a particular country, scroll down to gold marks. Good luck.

Hi,
Dropbox is not a suitable photohost for this forum.
https://postimages.org (choose 'Share', then copy the 'Hotlink for forums' code) is recommended.
Please ensure your images are embedded.

Any chance you know what country this is from to get me started?

The mark on the left is state assay office control mark, but it`s not sharp enough.

Hi, I believe it could be Ireland, Hibernia seated in a cut-corner rectangle, the mark is tilted relative to the other mark(s). The tilted mark was used for gold, date of accession 1983 till 2002. In 2002 for gold the Hibernia seated, upright not tilted.

Thank you Peter.
What about the other mark alongside it?
Also, is there any way to identify the maker from the mark alongside the "750"?

Along site it, the 750 Convention Hallmark;
Left to Right: Sterling Silver/Palladium 950/18ct Gold/Platinum 950/ Type 2 CCM, to be used in conjunction with Millesimal Fineness mark
The maker's mark unknown to me.

Amazing. That is so helpful.
I assume there is no note of the year it was marked.
Is there any online directory of makers marks for Ireland?

Marked between 1983-2002.
Perhaps you could ask the Dublin assay office? Information, if provided might not be free of charge ;
