Russian Jurgenstil teapot?

Hi,
I have this teapot which I believe is Russian Jurgenstil. In terms of marks all I can find on the piece is a Kokoshnik mark for Moscow and '13A'. These two marks are stamped on every silver component that makes up the pot.
I would be grateful if someone on the forum could cast more light on this pot for me.
Many thanks,
Silverk.

Nice find if it is truly 13th Artel. To me it looks OK but let us wait for further comments.

Thanks very much indeed Peter! Now looking for 13th Artel on the web, I've found some pieces which were offered at one of the big auction houses with the same matte finish and similar pierced bases (the piercing being a different design).
Is the address known of this Moscow Artel?
I look forward to other replies.
Best regards,
Silverk.

Sorry, not matte - it has a polished finish. Confused it with something else.

Hi!
Markings as by the 13th Artel and the control mark for Moscow. The coffee pot is in the style of jugend as acccording to the period.
