Messy hallmarks

These are hallmarks from a ring, I assume it's european, but cannot be sure. If you guys have any guesses where this piece could have been made in, let me know! Thanks!

Hello. There is no sharpness, maybe I'm wrong, but it looks very similar to the brand- RUSSIA, Leningrad (St. Petersburg) plant-Jenavi, 1990's. The factory produced-jewelry is not precious metal.

Hi ALEKS! Thank you very much, looks definitely the same markings. I think it may have silver plating, at least its polishing like silver. And it must be thick plating, because there are absolutely no traces of other colours inside the ring. The ball is filled with some heavy metal, lead, I assume. Kind of weird thing to do..
