Art Nouveau Figural Candelabra, help with mark ID

Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me identify the mark on this silverplate Art Nouveau figural candelabra, M. D. Co (two dots under Co) & a what I believe to be a design #. I've carefully looked for any other marks, no luck.
I've searched & searched, the closest I've been able to find is Meriden Britannia but the marks are not consistent with what I'm seeing.

This seems to match a mark attributed to Mammatt, Buxton & Co of Sheffield here.
