Please help ID silversmith on this French wine taster

Hello all, I have a pretty wine taster with a silversmith's mark I cannot identify. It bears the Minerve 1 mark. The silversmith mark eludes me. I believe it is initials SS, however the last initial is rubbed. Perhaps SE? I cannot decipher what the symbol in the center is. I thought perhaps it was a sacred heart with wings, or an animal with wings...maybe thistle flower? This puzzle is very frustrating. I would greatly appreciate your help.
