Hi, apologies if I've put this in the wrong section, my knowledge of silver marks is still in its infancy, especially non UK.

Anyway I put it here because of the '84', which seems to appear in russian marks.

No, I don't have the item, I was looking into it first, thanks for the link, another lesson learned, It does seem to be french plate,
