Wm A Rogers unknown pattern

I'm 90% sure this 7" knife is made by Wm A Rogers, even though a lot of the maker's mark is worn away. I cannot find the pattern, and I know that it is probably silver plate, but it has the look and feel of coin silver to me. Did Wm A Rogers make anything besides silver plate?
